For thousands of years, Sounding and Singing have been used by spiritual traditions to access direct connection with spirit, your higher self, source energy or however you wish to label it.
You have the ability within you to connect with this awareness anytime anywhere.
It is just a matter of being conscious and directing your energy towards this goal.
As every spiritual tradition in the world has its own techniques, we won't have time to explore them all but we will explore some of the commonalities and most importantly explore what techniques work for us personally.
The voice is also how we communicate and express who we are to the rest of the world. When our voice, mind and spirit become congruent we become more present and aligned with our true nature.
Kristina Sophia is an internationally recognized singer and sound healer. She weaves together sound healing and sacred music traditions from her world travels and her personal spiritual explorations. A musically-induced satori experience at age 16 awakened her to the vibrational power of sound. A graduate of Naropa University, Kristina has led workshops in voice and drumming for over 16 years.
She is co-founder of Musical Missions of Peace, a non-profit dedicated to helping create world peace through music. She has sung in the Cairo Stadium to an audience of 60,000 Egyptians, and also performed in Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Venezuela, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, on the streets of Baghdad and in over half of the US states. Her passion is to help bring peace and awakening to humanity through the power of music.
