Dear Kristina:
I really love your approach! For me, I experienced it as not only a singing group, but also a profound therapy and meditation workshop. You are holding a secure space, allowing us to do some experiments with our body and sounds. I feel so liberated with your invitation. The goal in these classes is not to be a perfect singer, but to be free, to become our true selves. It’s quite encouraging, feeling free to bring my voice to this world and to hear other's voices too.
The exercises you gave do work! They affect my state quickly. From very subtle meditative realms, to totally raw, wild emotions, with body tensions releasing. These exercises seem to have no limitations, I have a feeling that I can carry them on and explore the mystery of sounds deeper and deeper for rest of my life.
And I enjoy the pace and the artful way you lead the class. Especially when you give instructions flowing with the group dynamics spontaneously. It's getting more and more juicy and playful and alive!
I can imagine how beautiful it will be if these classes can be extended into 3 day workshops! It will be a deep cleansing and transformation for individuals. I definitely will recommend to my friends to join you.
Much appreciation and love to you!
Cheers!

Kristina Sophia has a voice channeled straight from the divine. As a facilitator she uses this to empower her students to explore with curiosity and tenderness to find the authentic voice that lives within all of us. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone, regardless of their singing experience. She is delightful.

What a wonderful class! I felt so safe and supported and encouraged to sing in alignment with my natural being. Kristina Sophia was the heart of the group and made it easy for us to bond and relax and happily express ourselves in song. Awesome experience!

Kristina is very special. Her class is not only about singing technique, it is connecting our voices to our spirits and drawing deep emotions (especially joy) from our depths, learning to hold our space and voice, without judgment. Again, her class is very healing and joyful experience.

Kristina is a fabulous guide through the exploration of my sound, my voice, my movement. Fun and freeing.

Kristina Sophia has the voice of an angel and she glides sounds and exotic rhythms, free form and play is the game.

Kristina is splendid!  She loves the joys of song, sound and play and you will too!
Michael, Boulder, CO

"I appreciate the various modalities that Kristina uses in her class. She provides a safe space to explore different places with body movement, music, sound, others and self. She has great depth of listening and responding, or allowing the flow in the moment. I also like the good balance of structure and non structure within the class time. The beautiful harmonics she helped us weave together were fantastic."
